Everyone wears sequins and sparkles when they’re bringing in the New Year, so I decided I was going to bring in my twenty-eighth birthday shining.
I have always been one to obsess over my birthday. To me, it’s a time to self reflect and celebrate being you. I feel styling my look is the same concept. Each piece describes my personality and growth as an individual. So here we are in this sassy number. Bring on neutrals and sparkles. Curls and heels. Fancy cocktails and rooftop dinners.

Lets Talk Comfort
I don’t even know where to start about this look because I am so obsessed with it all. The entire night I was so comfortable it was like I wasn’t even all dolled up! This mock neck sweater is slightly oversized but still has great structure. The fabric is very soft and of great quality.
Now the shining star, the talk of the night. The sequence joggers that literally turned heads when I walked into the restaurant. Guys, be prepared to get smiles and compliments all night wearing these gems. The best part is feeling like I’m wearing sweat pants drinking fancy drinks.
Aside from this outfits comfort, it’s also affordable! Each piece is under $55 which is a steal. I’m wearing a size small in my top and bottom. The joggers hit a little above my ankle, but I’m used to that being 5’8″ – ha
The night was wonderful, filled with great drinks, great food and a city view watching the sunset. There wasn’t a thing about the night I would change bringing in my twenty-eighth birthday.
