Faux Leather Leggings

Looks for Fall

Fall has arrived and it’s bringing me all the cool weather outfit inspiration. In every woman’s closet, she should have a pair of faux leather leggings to dress up or keep it casual. I’ve put together a few looks with what I had in my closet already because it is THAT easy to style this piece. Trust me and you can thank me later =]

I personally can’t get enough of faux leather, leggings, skirts, jackets — I instantly feel like a bad a** and ooze confidence. The pair you see me wearing here are from Nordstrom Rack and under $25. They are lightly lined on the inside, which MATTERS when you get hot and you don’t want your pants sticking to you ha. They also have a wide waistband and are high-waisted so I feel really tucked in without being too restrictive.

My other favorite pair is more of SPLURGE from Spanx, but 100% worth the cost. You are really paying for quality material that is so comfortable to wear all day if you choose. They compliment the body and give you the favorable curves we all want. If you have the funds, I’d recommend investing in a pair because you will get your money worth no doubt.

Black on Black – Leather on Leather

Starting off with a BANG in this moto jacket. It is the perfect blend of cool kid and feminine flirty. The puff sleeve gives it that added volume and extra shape for a unique style.

Its complimented with a belt and buckle closure with zip side pockets. The front is just as intricate with a pointed collar with snaps and an asymmetric front zipper. Im loving the cropped, relaxed silhouette, and did I mention it also comes in white?

I paired this with my Urban Outfitters hat and a relaxed acid wash tee. To finish off the edgy look, I threw on snakeskin ankle booties and grabbed a small white bag.

Oversized Button Down

Searching the racks at Nordstrom and stumbled across this lightweight, oversized button-down. I did size up, with the intention of wearing with leggings but the look with FAUX LEATHER leggings exceeded my expectations.

This casual top has just made its way to the front of my closet for those casual nights out. I’m thinking dinner date, brunch, bar hopping…seriously can’t get enough of this.

Oversized Statement Sweater

Make a statement when you walk into the room with this BOLD red sweater. You will look like a million bucks and feel like you’re lounging at home.

The chenille knit is crazy soft and cozy. Wear this gem on your shoulders or off one. Being oversized, its easy to pair with any leggings and the split hem gives you the extra movement for a relaxed piece.

Texture and Leather

Dreaming of that super soft and cozy sweater? Well, this is it. Its batwing cut and fuzzy to touch feel will have you falling in love. By mixing textures in your look, you bring an element of edge and skill to perfecting your looks.

I paired this sweater here with The Mint Julep Boutique black bag. Perfect size for everything you might need and more. I love that it can convert from a handbag to a shoulder bag with its attachable strap.

Band Tee Baddy

If you have an Instagram account or any social media, there is a 99% chance you have seen this Graphic tee. This tee is a one-size only option and fits smaller/petite people as a cute dress. I am 5’8″ and so it’s a little risky in length for me to pull it off, but I will say I have tried.

Pair this slouchy favorite with heels or sneakers because it can pull off either. I decided to dress up this tee up by tossing on some heels and hat. I paired it with this adorable bag from Amazon and under $25 (legit steal). The bag is available in multiple colors as well.

Check Coat Casual

Once again this long line check jacket makes its way to the haul. You might ask why, but for obvious reasons I won’t mention it. This is a stunning fall staple in my opinion. Its duster length and dual side slits gives it its unique twist on a flannel. The color and pattern makes it easy to match up with any look.

This jacket is medium in weight, perfect for those chilly evenings or relaxed enough to layers over sweaters and hoodies. I did find a new addition to NastyGals site of the same coat but quilt lined and light blue check for colder weather. Equally as cute, but not necessary for me in California- ha.

If you like the inspo you see here, you should check out my faux leather skirt posts. That’s right, I have two because its THAT good. Black skirt or brown skirt, I have your looks covered.
