🌿Scrunchy mom hack - add this to your kiddos ears when they are hurting. 👂🏼

Garlic is loaded with health benefits like:
antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal properties. It also has anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties.

There is one study that 171 kids with ear pain found that using a naturopathic ear drops on its own may be more effective than numbing ear drops to treat ear pain in children.

Another study that 103 children who had ear pain from middle ear infections, found that naturopathic ear drops containing garlic and other herbal ingredients was just as effective in managing ear pain as over-the-counter ear drops.

I either add the drops to saturate the cotton ball OR add two to three drops in the painful ear. I do it as needed to relieve the pain.

You can also make your own but I find this to be way easier and more convenient.

As a second time mama. - I only have so many hands

As a second time mama. - I only have so many hands!

So I started making these snack trays for my toddler. It’s full of snacks she can eat throughout the day without having to ask!

Full of yummy foods and placed at an accessible level - Hadley can grab what she needs and I can keep doing what I’m doing with out the millions of questions for a snack.

One rule: when you run out of that snack - no reloads until the next day. 🤗
